What is the backup frequency option?

When ordering your Web/Reseller Hosting service, you can select the frequency that backups of your account are taken at, please note that this is only for the main account for Reseller Hosting, we can offer this service for the same cost per additional cPanel account created under a reseller.
  • Daily (Standard) - Backups are taken once per day, with the most recent 7 backups stored. Backups are also taken on the 1st and 14th of every month, with the latest 4 of these backups stored.
  • Every 12 Hours - In addition to the standard option, backups are taken every 12 hours and the latest 2 backups are stored.
  • Every 6 Hours - In addition to the standard option, backups are taken every 6 hours and the latest 4 backups are stored.
  • Every 3 Hours - In addition to the standard option, backups are taken every 3 hours and the latest 6 backups are stored.
  • Every Hour - In addition to the standard option, backups are taken on the hour, every hour - The latest 12 backups are stored.
You can change the frequency of your backups at any time. As standard all clients have full access to the backups of each individual account via cPanel, where you can restore from backups with ease.
